How to reconcile a batch of finished clips
- Choose your first date, daily slots and destinations. Generate and download the CSV.
- Open it in a spreadsheet and fill in each filename or topic. Add caption-review and approval notes before scheduling anything.
- Schedule approved videos separately in your publishing tool, checking the account, timezone and final preview for each destination.
- Record each platform’s actual outcome. A scheduled item is not proof of publication; inspect errors before retrying to avoid duplicates.

For example: clip-01.mp4 — product demo; caption status: reviewed; approval: approved by owner; publishing outcome: YouTube channel A published; channel B failed — check before retry. These are example notes, not real publishing results. Keep destination-specific outcomes together so a partial failure does not lead to reposting everywhere.
What this worksheet does not do
It does not recommend the best posting times, validate timezone names, convert daylight-saving offsets, upload video, approve content or publish posts. The CSV is a planning document, not a supported SocialRoster import format. No native Excel file is generated. New SocialRoster connections and plans are YouTube-only.
