THE DETAILS, CLEARLY.

Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

A CLEAR FOUNDATION.

Free trial and automatic monthly billing

Eligible new subscribers receive one 3-day free trial per account. The trial begins when Stripe checkout is completed, not when an account is created. A payment card is required. At the end of the trial, YouTube Starter automatically renews at $19.99 USD per month for up to 2 YouTube channels, or YouTube Pro at $29.99 USD per month for up to 6 YouTube channels, until canceled. Both new plans have no monthly scheduling-count cap, subject to a 50 GiB scheduled queue safety limit, 1 GiB per file, provider quotas and service availability. Existing legacy subscriptions keep their existing price and terms unless separately changed by the customer. The chosen plan and charge timing are disclosed before checkout confirmation.

Cancel through Manage billing before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Existing and returning subscribers do not receive an additional new-subscriber trial. Public pages, pricing, guides, and demonstrations can be browsed without signing up; the scheduling workspace requires an active trial or subscription.

These terms govern use of SocialRoster's scheduling service, a commercial product offered to creators, businesses, and agencies. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Support page at socialroster.dev/support.

Your content and accounts

Use accounts you own or have permission to manage. You retain your rights in your content. You authorize SocialRoster and its service providers to store, process, and transmit the content as needed to perform the scheduling and publishing actions you request. SocialRoster uploads your video file as you provided it and does not add branding, watermarks, or overlays to it.

Publish original content you created or are licensed to publish. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your videos, audio, images, captions, and other material. Follow the rules of each destination platform, including commercial-content and AI-content disclosures. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorized account access, or attempts to evade platform restrictions.

Scheduling and publishing

Review the video, caption, destination account, visibility, disclosures, and scheduled time before approving a post. For TikTok, nothing is sent until you give explicit consent in that review step, and changing the account, video, visibility, or disclosure choices requires a new approval; other platforms do not use this review flow. A local calendar entry is not confirmation that a provider has published it. Account authorization, provider approval, quotas, processing, network failures, and service availability can affect delivery. Check the final provider result and the destination account when timing matters.

For TikTok, an accepted upload is first reported as processing. TikTok can take several minutes to finish, and the queue shows the final result only after TikTok confirms completion or failure.

SocialRoster does not promise reach, followers, monetization, or acceptance of content by a platform. Keep a separate copy of your original media. Removing local browser data can remove locally stored work.

Plans and payments

The checkout shows the price, billing interval, taxes, and other applicable purchase terms before you pay. Recurring plans renew according to the terms shown at checkout. Use Manage billing to access the available subscription controls. An unlimited SocialRoster plan removes SocialRoster's stated scheduling cap; it does not remove third-party API quotas, account restrictions, or provider limits.

For billing or refund questions, use the Support page at socialroster.dev/support with the transaction reference. Do not send payment-card details. Applicable rights and checkout terms continue to apply.

AI assistant connectors

If you connect SocialRoster to an AI assistant, you authorize that assistant to act in your workspace within the access you approve, and you are responsible for the posts it creates, schedules, or publishes at your request. Review drafts and confirm before publishing. AI assistants are third-party services governed by their own terms; SocialRoster is not responsible for their output. You can disconnect an assistant at any time from its settings.

Access and third-party services

Connected platforms operate independently and may change permissions, APIs, or availability. Disconnect accounts you no longer want the service to use. To request deletion of stored data, use the controls in the application or the Support page at socialroster.dev/support. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse, security problems, or violations of these terms. Changes to these terms will be presented with an updated effective date on the published page.
